What a fabulous little place! We were attending a wedding at a nearby venue and booked both rooms, the staff were so accommodating. From early check in to get changed, to the most delicious light lunch, to being able to let ourselves in late at night, all so helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and the countryside was absolutely silent at night, so we had our windows wide open, which is always a bonus...And then gorgeous cooked breakfast too! Highly recommend if you're attending a kin house do, about ten minutes taxi ride away,

Absolutely loved our stay at The Foxham - genuinely some of the best hospitality I have experienced in the UK from the minute we stepped in the door! From arriving on Thursday evening and having a great meal in the restaurant (Cornish dressed crab is a must and the fish and chips were perfect and ginormous), we had a few beers in the bar after which was really quiet and chilled! We ended up adding the full English on in the morning and it was so worth it - all locally sourced produce which is such a nice touch. The room had lovely linen, comfy beds and fluffy white towels!

a wonderful welcome by staff, dogs equally welcomed. Good Food. even given my negative comments (which i hope will be helpful for some thoughts fir changes), if the need arose I would happily stay again.

Lovely place spotlessly clean very friendly staff the food is just amazing we had an evening meal in the restaurant best food I’ve had in a restaurant in a long time at that price point, the breakfast was perfect. I would definitely go back on our travels we used it as a stop off after flying into Bristol airport so we didn’t have to drive the whole way home and have an extended holiday certainly the right decision.

Location was remote and quite which was wanted, food was great, facilities in room were great with Netflix, bed was comfy.

Super friendly front of house team. Greeted well, made us very comfortable and also helped arrange a local taxi for us without any hassle whatsoever. Really no complaints here!

Sunday lunch - Beef Wellington was excellent - thoroughly enjoyed this, together with very crispy roast potatoes. Breakfast - full English also excellent with quality ingredients - lovely bacon and sausages

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Foxham. A beautiful restaurant in a beautiful location. We had an incredible dinner, hats off to the chef, Freddie, and also to our lovely attentive host, Mario. We stayed in Juniper room where everything was comfy and clean.

The breakfast we had was excellent and well presented. However when booking it said breakfast was included but when the booking for choices was presented it only showed that a continental was included and cooked breakfast would have to be paid for. Disappointing.

Service was amazing, such friendly people!! Couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. Food was exceptional!!! We dine out a lot but this was definitely one of the best places we have eaten for a long while. Accommodating of our dog, made us feel very welcome.
